Piercing Silence
I am alone
Alone, cold and remorseful
The sound of silence haunts me
It is a sound of despair and makes me a prisoner of my own mind

I sit in this empty house wondering if anyone knows where I am or what my fate might be
Carved upon the wood my last word
Only the faint sound of my death is all that can be heard
The silence piercing me,until I take my last gasp for air
