Farewell To The Flesh
Weighed down
To this earth
Chains of flesh
Holding my head under
Drowning
In this rotting flesh
A hand
Stretches out before me
-shed my skin
-all that is this world
-released empowered
-all hell can't stop me now
The fear of death is overshadowed
By a savior foretold
Tear away all that blinded me
Renewed, gone away is the fear of old

As you reach out to hold me
I nail down your hand
