Not that Happy!
She wakes up all alone, she dries a furtive tear
She quickly looks around to check out if someone has seen her
No, we can´t see her cry, we cannot know she´s aching
And saying she´s not fine will get her to say you´re mistaken
She gets out of her bed, and heads out to the kitchen
Her kid´s about to wake up, every morning it´s the same thing
She takes eleven pills, she´ll do the same tomorrow
She drowns her fears in pain just as she drowns her pain in sorrow
Thinking about her child, thinking about her mom, her friends
Telling them the truth would only cause them pain

Damn, it´s just a virus, it may even go away
They´ll find a way to cure it some day
She´s not that happy
She just puts a smile up on her face
Covers up her disgrace just to fake that she´s so damn happy
And no one could ever know what´s up
´Cause she finds in her heart a way to fake and she fakes it good
