Let's live each day as if tomorrow we'll be dead
Tonight before you go to bed
Reflect on every word you've said
Look to the sky and Major Neil,
Who's gone but whose footprints lay there still
And probably forever always will upon the surface of the moon
While we're all singing a different tune
Has my time to leave really come so soon?

Perhaps you and I can't fly so high
But if we stretch maybe we can try to reach into the arching sky
Infinite and impossibly blue
